Lois E. Theobald, age 83, of Deckerville, passed away on Tuesday February 9, 2016 in Autumnwood of Deckerville.
She was born June 28, 1932 in Deckerville, the daughter of the late Harold and Erma (Morris) Gough.
Miss. Lois E. Gough married Richard Theobald on June 9, 1951 in the Deckerville United Methodist Church.
She was a 1950 graduate of Deckerville Community School, a member of the Sororian Club, Deckerville Hospital Auxiliary, and the Deckerville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, being with her grandchildren, and wintering in Florida.
Mrs. Theobald is survived by her husband of 64 years, Richard of Deckerville, one son Rick (Shirley) Theobald of Deckerville, two daughters, Patricia (Mark) Roberts of Deckerville, and Kathleen Gough of FL, eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, one brother Richard (Janet) Gough of Deckerville, and one sister Beulah Parrott of FL, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one sister Mrs. Phyllis Stolicker.
Funeral services to honor the life of Lois E. Theobald will be 11:00 AM Friday February 12, 2016 in the Deckerville United Methodist Church.
Burial will be in Downing Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 Pm. Thursday in the Apsey Funeral Home and from 10:00 AM, until the time of service on Friday at church.
Memorials may be given to the Deckerville Community Hospital, or Downing Cemetery.
