Paul J. Roper, age 80, of Pt. Sanilac, passed away Sunday June 7, 2015 in the Yale Medilodge.
He was born November 20, 1934 in Birmingham the son of the late Paul M. and Pauline (Logan) Roper.
Paul married Miss. Keitha Phillips on August 26, 1961 in Madison Heights.
He enjoyed golfing so much he built his home next to the Huron Shores Golf Club.
Paul is survived by his wife Keitha, two daughters, Lynn and Paula, sister-in-law Carolyn, four grandchildren Jessica (Jamie), Derrick, Elizabeth and Robert, two great granddaughters, Aida and Emlyn.
Visitation for Paul J. Roper will be from 1:00-3:00 Pm on Friday in the Apsey Funeral Home.
Private family services and cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations may be made to the Port Sanilac Fire Department.
Family requests no flowers be sent to the funeral home or residents.
