Barbara Leibinger Obituary
Barbara J. Leibinger, age 75, of Deckerville, died Thursday April 15, 2021 in Blue Water Hospice, Marysville.
She was born December 1, 1945 the daughter of the late Keith and Madeline (Smith) Lamont. She grew up in the Deckerville area and attended Deckerville Community School. Barbara was a member of the Deckerville Community Hospital Auxiliary and enjoyed bowling and shopping.
On July 14, 1962 she married Frederick P. Leibinger in Port Sanilac. He preceded her in death on August 13, 2015.
Barbara is survived by two sons; Tom Leibinger of Jeddo and Timothy (Cathy Williams) Leibinger of FL; one daughter Connie (Marcus) Free of St. Joseph; three grandchildren Heather (Michael ) Blaine, Paige and Hallie Leibinger ; two great granddaughters Ava and Marleigh Blaine; one sister Rose Brabant of PA, and special friend Robert Brown of Snover.
She was preceded in death by one grandson Andrew Kautz.
A graveside service to honor the life of Barbara J. Leibinger will be held Monday April 26, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Downing Cemetery. Pastor David Frost will officiate.
Memorials may be given to Blue Water Hospice 2795 Edison Dr. Marysville, MI 48040.
