Earl Cameron Obituary
Earl (Skip) C. Cameron, age 66, of Carsonville, passed away Tuesday December 23, 2014 in his home after a long illness.
He was born June 22, 1948 in Sandusky, the son of the late Earl J. and Jessie B. (Simmons) Cameron.
He married Spring Barr on August 18, 1997 in Tennessee.
Earl was a former employee of the Sanilac County Road Commission. He enjoyed woodworking, camping, yard work, and traveling.
He is survived by his wife Spring of Carsonville, one son Jerry (Tracey) Cameron of Port Huron, three daughters, Tina (Chris) Bungart of Deckerville, Kris Cole of OH., Rebecca Cameron of Bad Axe, two step-daughters Angela Smiley of Ft. Gratiot and Dena Smiley of Pt. Sanilac, 10 grandchildren, two sisters, JoAnn (Dale) Wagester and Aieleen Deike both of Deckerville, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services to honor the life of Earl (Skip) Cameron will be 11:00 AM., Saturday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Pastor Paul Slivka will officiate. Burial will be in Port Sanilac Cemetery.
Visitation will be 3:00-9:00 PM., Friday and 10:00 AM., until the time of service on Saturday.
Memorials may be given to the Port Sanilac Baptist Church or Autumnwood of Deckerville.
