Elisabeth E. Kunze (Lisa) Age 88, Of Palms, Died Monday August 1, 2022, At Deckerville Community Hospital in Deckerville Mi.
She was born March 08, 1934. In Germany To the Late Milius and Gertrude ( Houblein ) Eckstein.
Elisabeth Grew up in Germany Where she Graduated High School And went to college to be a Nurse. One of her specialties was working with the Iron Lung. For a short time, she worked as a fashion model and spoke five different languages.
She married Harold Kunze in 1955 in Germany, He proceed her in death in 1999.
Elisabeth liked to Sew, Work in her Garden, Cook and bake, Crochet and Knit. She was a 4H leader and loved animals. She worked at the Medical Care Facility in Sandusky for many years. Her lifelong mission was to take care of others, whether human or animal.
She is survived by 4 Children, Nancy (Johnny) Baumeister, Mónica Kunze, Sharon Thompson, and Roland (Brenda) Kunze. 10 Grandchildren and 7 Great grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her Husband's Harold Kunze and Vernon Wesch. Brothers Abehardt, Roland, Wilfred, and Sisters Trude , Hildagard (Hilda).
Funeral Services will be held Friday August 5, 2022, at 11:00 AM At the Apsey Funeral Home in Deckerville.
Visitation will be Thursday August 4th, 2022, at the Funeral home from 3 Pm untill 8 Pm and 10 Am until time of services.
