James Kozlakowski Obituary
James W. Kozlakowski, age 74, of Sandusky, died Wednesday June 1, 2022, in his home.
He was born May 28, 1948, in Detroit, the son of the late Florian and Virginia (Livingston) Kozlakowski.
He grew up in the Detroit area. On November 11, 1970, he married Theresa Fleming in Troy. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and religious reading. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Detroit.
James is survived by his wife Theresa of Sandusky; three daughters, Kimberly (Ron) Webb of Sandusky, Heather Mary Ann Kozlakowski (Ian) of CA, Kelly Laura (Eric) Roberts of DE; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren: many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister Janet S. Stewart.
A graveside service will be held on Friday June 3, 2022 at 1:00 PM in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
