Josefina Saldana Obituary
Josefina (Josie) Saldana, age 76, of Deckerville, passed away Wednesday June 27, 2018 in Autumnwood of Deckerville.
She was born on August 26, 1941 in Corpus Christi, TX. She grew up in Crystal City, TX., where she attended school.
Josie married Eusebio Saldana on April 3, 1960 in Crystal City, TX.
She enjoyed her family, along with crafts, sewing, cooking and gardening. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Mrs. Saldana is survived by her husband Eusebio of Deckerville; three sons, Ruben (Carmella) Saldana of Port Sanilac, Eusebio (Lisa) Saldana Jr. of WI., Richard Saldana of Deckerville; two daughters, Maria-Chris Saldana of Deckerville, and Sandra (Omar) Moreno of TX; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one son Michael in 2012.
Funeral services to honor the life of Josefina Saldana will be held Tuesday July 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM., in the Apsey Funeral Home. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery. Pastor Thomas Guertin will officiate.
Visitation will be 2:00-8:00 PM., Monday and 10:00 AM., until the time of service on Tuesday.
Memorials may be given to the family.
