Marie Ohngren Obituary

Marie D. Ohngren, age 72, of Deckerville, passed away Wednesday November 27, 2019 in McLaren Port Huron hospital. She was born September 7, 1947 in Detroit, the daughter of the late Earnest and Lorraine (Whitting) Spencer. Marie grew up in the Detroit area and attended school at St. Bernard Catholic. She graduated in 1965. On August 27, 1971 she married John Ohngren. Marie was a member of the Daughters of Isabella. She found much enjoyment from her grandchildren. Marie is survived by her husband John; one son Earnest Ohngren and one daughter Susie (Kevin) Trigger; seven grandchildren, Nathaniel Ohngren, Angelica Ohngren, Colin Ohngren, Travis Trigger, Justin Trigger, Justin Trigger, Leah Trigger, and Cassandra Trigger; one sister Mrs. Kathleen (Gary) Young and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Marie C. Ohngren will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family. Condolences may be made on-line to apseyfuneralhome.net
