Tracy Lee Phipps, age 32 of New Castle, WY., formerly of Harbor Beach died Sunday October 18, 2020 in the Wyoming Medical Center, Casper, WY.
She was born January 4, 1988 in Detroit the daughter of Charles Phipps and Melody Davis.
She attended Harbor Beach High School and the Learning Center in Bad Axe. She graduated in 2007.
Tracy's hobbies included playing Buffy the Vampire Slayer on her play station, listening to the band One Direction and watching the Disney Channel.
She is survived by her parents, Charles Phipps and Melody Davis of New Castle, WY: two sisters, Angela Marie Halifax of WY., and Christina Ann Davis of Cass City; one brother David Noel Millsaps of KY; and a step-brother Michael James Jernigan of IL.: one uncle and two aunts and several cousins.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Tracy Lee Phipps will be 1:00 PM. Thursday October 29, 2020 in the Apsey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Downing Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00AM until the time of service on Thursday.
