Vearl Loss Obituary
Vearl Loss, age 97, of Deckerville, passed away on Sunday July 9, 2017 at Brookdale Assisted Living in Grand Blanc Township.
She was born in Sandusky on August 18, 1919 to the late Peter and Josie (Dickinson) Provost. She graduated from Sandusky High School, class of 1936.
On November 22, 1940, she married Carl E. Loss of Deckerville. Together, working side by side, they operated their dairy and crop farm.
She is survived by one son Keith (Rose) Loss of FL; one daughter Janet (Michael) Adema of Grand Blanc; four grandchildren Joanne (Tim) Kaufman, Aaron (Kim) Loss, Brandon (Dana) Loss, Kevin Loss and Jessica Cook; six great grandchildren Caroline, Brett, and Alex Kaufman; Madeline, Isabella, and Emily Loss.
Vearl was preceded in death by her husband , Carl; her parents, Peter and Josie; and sister Goldie Meade.
Funeral services to honor the life of Vearl Loss will be Noon Thursday at the Apsey Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM., until the time of services on Thursday.
