Lee Grifka Obituary

Lee M. Grifka, age 51, of Deckerville, died Monday May 5, 2008 in his home.

He was born on February 1, 1957 in Cass City, the son of the late Alex Grifka and Olive (Stepka) Grifka.

He married Sandy Beck on April 1, 2000 in Las Vegas.

Lee enjoyed woodworking, motorcycles, playing cards and video games, especially Tiger Woods Golf, shooting pool and playing golf. He loved his family, and will be missed by them and his friends.

Lee is survived by his wife, Sandy of Deckerville, three sons, Eric (Michelle) McNabb of SC., Christopher Lenk of New York, and Joshua Lenk of Deckerville, two grandchildren, five brothers Anthony (Jean) Grifka of Ubly, William (Mary) Grifka of Chelsea, Ronald (Audrey) Grifka of Snover, James (Elaine) Grifka of Caro and Thomas of Sandusky, Two sisters, Kay Muma, and Ann (Walt) Shatto both of Snover, and his mother, Mrs. Olive Grifka of Snover.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Alan and Richard and one sister Mae.

A private family memorial service has taken place at the Deckerville Veterans Park on Saturday May 10, 2008 at 1:00 PM. Rev. Robert Srock officiated.

Cremation was at Sunset Valley Crematory.

Arrangements were by the Apsey Funeral Home, your ?Legacy of Life? funeral home.
